About The Video Everywhere Summit

The DPAA Video Everywhere Summit is the largest one-day omnichannel media and marketing newsmaker event that views how brands engage with today’s consumers. The Summit explores the growing role of Digital Out of Home in today’s omnichannel mix. 900+ business leaders including brands, agencies, media companies, publishers, adtech, press, and others attend the event.

There's Two Ways to Attend This Year’s Summit

In Person — Tuesday, October 12

Join us in person at Pier 60 (Chelsea Piers) in New York City for this long awaited event. The day includes leading brand and agency speakers, exhibit area, network breaks and lunch, plus live entertainment at the end of the day. Per NYC mandate this will be a vaccinated event and you must show proof of vaccination to enter and we will follow all safety guidelines and requirements.

Global Broadcast — Thursday & Friday, October 14-15, 11am to 2pm Eastern NYC time

What are the COVID precautions being taken by the DPAA for the 2021 Video Everywhere Summit?

Per recent New York City mandate, this will be a vaccinated only event. All attendees, speakers, staff, exhibitors, etc. will be required to show proof of vaccination. NYS Excelsior App, NYC Covid Safe App (for those from out of state) and original vaccination cards will be accepted as vaccination proof.

Pier 60 is a large facility that follows all State and local requirements and CDC guidelines. Frequent cleaning, air filtration, hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the facility.

During the live event we will follow all then regulations and guidelines, this may include items such as distancing, mask wearing, etc.

For your comfort there will be socially distanced seating and open-air networking space throughout the venue.

Will this event be in-person or live streamed?

The Video Everywhere Summit will be in-person and DPAA will be streaming a global broadcast.

I want to be a sponsor but I don’t know if I should sponsor the live event or the streaming global broadcast.

All sponsors will be given exposure both at the in-person event and online for one price.

What is the flexible ticket/refund policy?

We will be offering flexible ticketing for this event. If Covid related events prevent you from attending in person, attendees will be offered the ability to attend online and you will be refunded the difference. If Covid related events prevent you from attending either in person or online, you will be given a full refund.
